Biscuits, cakes and myriad other little homemade delights are on offer in our restaurant and garden. Alongside them, you will find milk and fresh yoghurt, seasonal fruit, fruit juice and jam made in and around Alghero.
The different types of honey on offer, made in various parts of the island, encapsulate the ancient tradition of beekeeping on Sardinia.
Also on the table for you to savour: the caramel taste of Abbamele, one of the most ancient gastronomic products of the island’s rural culture, produced through the prolonged cooking of honeycomb (containing honey and pollen).
A little corner of the buffet is given over to savoury foodstuffs.
